"Yakuzen," Food Therapy and Cooking Class based on Oriental Medicinal Theory

To maintain your health, prevent illness, enhance recovery from particular illness, or even to combat aging,  "yakuzen," oriental medicinal cuisine, is an ideal treatment.  Unlike other health managing methods such as low-carb diet, veganism, gluten-free, or macrobiotics, "yakuzen" has few food restrictions and allows you to take virtually any food as it is defined in the oriental medicinal theory that any food has its own particular power, which is why many people are finding it easy to practice this method for life.

In our "yakuzen" cooking class instructed by Yuko, International Master of Yakuzen based on Oriental Medicine and Representative of "Bonne Santé," yakuzen cooking studio, using seasonal farm to table ingredients, you can enjoy not only learning this oriental remedy but how to cook Japanese full course meal. Degustation lunch will follow, of course!
